Adopting a puppy is a wonderful and exciting time in a persons life. It also carries tremendous responsibility and expense. I made the decision to breed all of the puppies from my kennel so I have a responsibility to ensure they are placed in loving, stable homes. All adoptions must be approved and accepted by me. I reserve the right to refuse placement of a puppy for any reason. A deposit will hold your puppy until he or she is old enough to go home. Deposits on puppies prior to their final vet visit (about 6 weeks old) are contingent on our Vet declaring the puppy healthy. If the puppy is not healthy and ready to be placed in their new home then 100% of the deposit will be refunded or the refund can be applied to a different puppy or to a puppy from a future litter - your choice. Deposits are NOT refundable if you change your mind or find a different puppy that you want more. Refunds are NOT refunded if you fail to make arrangements to pick up your puppy by the date stated on the contract. Please do not ask me to hold your puppy for several weeks beyond their going home age. Puppies need to be in their new home and bonding with their new family at the critical ages of 10-16 weeks old Deposts ARE transferable to future litters if circumstances change and now is not the best time to add a puppy to your family. If at any point in your puppy's life you find that you can no longer care for your dog, please contact me as soon as possible. I will take back any dog that I have placed with no re-homing fee. No refund of purchase price will be made. Both parents are Junior Hunters and enthusiastic retrievers. The sire is also a Started Hunting Retriever, certified therapy dog, and has his CGC. He has often visited the local nursing home and has worked at a school for teenagers at risk. He is a calm, easy going and affectionate dog at home or while doing Therapy work. Get out in the field and he is a dog on a mission. He is a hard driving, dedicated hunter with drive, intelligence, and a strong nose for birds. He has a very softest mouth and has often caught live birds and delivered it to hand without ever leaving a mark on the bird. Mom is incredibly sweet natured and loving. She is a very happy dog with a love of everyone she meets. Out in the field she has an incredibly straight line to the mark and does so with a powerhouse drive. She never loses interest in anything to do with hunting. She is a quick learner and is easy to train. These puppies will be highly trainable, eager to please, and have a natural nose for birds. They will exceed at any performance event you would want to compete in. In addition, they will make great family pets that fit in with the kids, cats, and the neighbors. They will be happy to join you on the couch or for a walk thru the woods. The pedigree of this litter has 12 out of the 14 ancestors with working titles. Many dogs have more than one. Sire health clearance include hips, eyes, heart. Dam clearance include hips, elbows, eyes, and PRA – pcrd. 26 month Health guarantee for any genetic defect. Puppies will have been Vet checked, have their 6 week shots, and been wormed. Puppies will be socialized in our home with daily stimulation to promote learning and confidence. Puppies should be medium red in color and reach a maximum of 60 pounds. Both parents are moderate in build, have medium “wash and wear” coats, and moderate feathering. All puppies are sold with LIMITED AKC registration. Registration may be changed to FULL after health clearances are obtained (hips, elbows, cerf eye, and cardiac) AND upon completion of a working title or certificate from AKC or UKC. Shipping available from MSP to your airport. Cost for shipping is the cost of the flight plus $100 to cover crate, health certificate, and mileage to and from the airport.

This is Petie's last litter. She has been a wonderful mom and produced some excellent puppies. Two of her pups are still in our program and I expect to keep at least one of this litter also.
