Adopting a puppy is a wonderful and exciting time in a persons life. It also carries tremendous responsibility and expense.   I made the decision to breed all of the puppies from my kennel so I have a responsibility to ensure they are placed in loving, stable homes.  

All adoptions must be approved and accepted by me.   I reserve the right to refuse placement of a puppy for any reason.

A deposit will hold your puppy until he or she is old enough to go home.   Deposits on puppies prior to their final vet visit (about 6 weeks old) are contingent on our Vet declaring the puppy healthy.    If the puppy is not healthy and ready to be placed in their new home then 100% of the deposit will be refunded or the deposit can be applied to a different puppy or to a puppy from a future litter - your choice.  

A $200 deposit is required to hold your puppy.

Deposits are NOT refundable if you change your mind or find a different puppy that you want more.   Refunds are NOT refunded if you fail to make arrangements to pick up your puppy by the date stated on the contract.   I have a limited number of positions available for puppies to stay for basic training beyond 8 weeks old.   Please inquire directly if you are interested.   Prices vary depending on training level requested.

Deposits ARE transferable to future litters if circumstances change and now is not the best time to add a puppy to your family.

If at any point in your dog's life you find that you can no longer care for your dog, please contact me as soon   as possible.   I will take back any dog that I have placed with no re-homing fee.   No refund of purchase price will be made.  

At no time should a dog from MapleHills Kennel be placed in a shelter or surrendered to a Humane Society.
